Waiver and Release of LiabilityIn consideration for being allowed to participate in training courses, instruction, or events provided by Alpha Omega Armament, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that firearms and tactical training are inherently dangerous activities. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in this training, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or by conditions at the facility.
2. Medical Fitness:
   I affirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this training and that I do not have any conditions that would impair my safety or the safety of others.
3. Release of Liability:
   I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Alpha Omega Armament, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in any Alpha Omega Armament training or events.
4. Responsibility for Injuries:
   I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all injuries I may sustain during the course, regardless of cause, and that I will not hold Alpha Omega Armament liable for medical expenses, lost wages, or any other damages resulting from injury or incident. I acknowledge that Alpha Omega Armament does not carry medical insurance on behalf of myself.

Participant Declaration

By purchasing the course, I also affirm the following:

• I am not currently, nor have I ever been, a member of any domestic or foreign extremist group, hate group, terrorist organization, or any group that seeks to promote violence, overthrow lawful authority, or engage in illegal or subversive activities.
• I will follow all safety protocols and directions from Alpha Omega Armament instructors and staff during the entirety of the course.
• I understand that Alpha Omega Armament reserves the right to remove any participant from training at any time for behavior that is deemed unsafe, illegal, or unethical, without refund.
• Alpha Omega Armament reserves the right to use pictures or video of the course for promotion, and I agree that my image may be used in the production of these items.
